Deluxe Clamp Tool Help

1. Assemble clamp tool as seen in picture
2. Slide end of clamp through buckle on clamp and into tool, all the way through the slot in the ratchet piece (pic 1)
3. With thumb holding down piece on ratchet (pic 2), tighten clamp around boot
4. Once tight, fold clamp tool over buckle (pic 3) and pull cutter lever to cut off excess clamp
5. Gently hammer crease in clamp against buckle and fold down ears to hold in place (pic 4)
